The GfQ | WORKSHOP is mainly concerned with complete studies and projects regarding urban and architectural development both at a national and international level.

Technically the multi-disciplinary GfQ | WORKSHOP carries out thorough feasibility studies concerning the environment and architecture, and drafts projects taking into account the environmental impact, through the use of a check program called P. System  A 4.8 and which has been integrated with new systems provided by the Workshop.


Areas of Activities:  


•Systemic sustainability and context reference scale.

•Environment and infrastructures integrated with mitigated methodology

•Social and effects of Systems.

•Revenue  (Gross-Net comparison and comparison with Objectives) in a sustainable and integrated economy.

•Responsible and rigorous economy of resulting interactive systems.

•Employment- plans to be carried out based on specificities and human resources.


METHOD


The execution phase of projects is developed together with leading global and local Partnerships. Projects are carried out using rigorous, organized and shared Systems methodologies.


The workshop uses specific result protocols ( economic, temporal, qualitative etc.) relating to specific financial categories (A-B-C-D) based on a particular program called   A 4.8


The categories are divided according to the finance involved in the works.


  1. Projects drawn up by the Workshop and set out in detail under the heading “projects” (links), are divided

  according to the financial categories A-B-C-D, according to the stage the project has reached (under

  Design- Under Construction-Finished)  and the levels of global impact (Social, Socio-economic,

  Employment, Quality of Life, Economic System, Investment Result).
